You are now a “MEMBER”. As a member, the first step to enjoying your Woody is learning how to use it. I have great news. Handling your Woody properly is not Pocket Rocket Science. It’s easy.

PUSH it in! Firmly grasp your Woody and place the needle at the center of the cork. Slide the needle gently down until it completely penetrates the cork.
STROKE IT! With your Woody in one hand and the belly of the bottle in the other, stroke your Woody up and down nice and fast like, well, you know…
POP it out! After 4-8 strokes, your Woody will climax, and the cork will pop out of the bottle. Be sure to have a firm grip on your Woody when it blows.
SLIDE it off! Use the ring on the plastic guard to slide the cork off the needle.

That’s it! You are now a WineWoody pro. You really know how to handle your MEMBER ship. Please handle your Woody responsibly by following these words of wisdom.

Hold the bottle’s belly and not the plastic end of your Woody while in use. Holding the plastic guard against the bottle may prevent removal of the cork and build up too much pressure in the bottle causing rupture.

Do not use on Champagne or any other pressurized bottles. Do not use on hard plastic corks as the needle may break. Keep out of the reach of children as the needle is sharp.

Your WineWoody is NOT for internal use.

Some corks are imbedded too deep, and some bottle necks are too wide for the WineWoody to fully penetrate. In these cases, and only on rare occasions, your Woody may not perform to your satisfaction.

Only penetrate the same cork one time. Double dipping may result in two holes being penetrated and may allow air to escape from one hole preventing the POP you are longing for.
